Sky makes popular series available online header image

Sky has announced its customers will soon be able to watch a number of hit TV series on demand via its online services.

The broadcaster will upload box sets for shows such as Game of Thrones, The Wire, Mad Men and The Sopranos this Autumn. 

Subscribers will be able to watch the programmes whenever they want to by using the Sky Go service or connecting their HD set-top box to the internet. 

Games of Thrones series one and two and Mad Men series one to three are available as of today (October 1st), while complete box sets of The Wire and The Sopranos will be accessible from November 1st and December 1st respectively. 

Luke Bradley-Jones, Sky's brand director of TV products, commented: "We know how important it is for our customers to have the flexibility to watch the shows everyone is talking about when it suits them."
